When our technicians come out for a tune-up, they work through a thorough inspection of your entire system, identify anything that needs attention, and give you a written report before they leave.

Comfort Club members receive two comprehensive tune-ups per year — one before cooling season, one before heating season — along with priority scheduling, discounts on repairs and parts, and no overtime fees for after-hours or weekend calls. If your system experiences a failure after a tune-up, diagnostic fees are waived.

A well-maintained system uses less energy, lasts longer, and breaks down far less often. For most homeowners, the plan pays for itself through lower utility bills and avoided repair costs alone.
